Yay! Finally! Six Steps to Happiness is out in the big wide book reading world.
I’m really proud of this novel, not least because it made me laugh out loud on more than one occasion. Poor Ronnie does go through the mill. I felt her frustrations, her tears, and her embarrassment as she tried to get her life back on track. And like the characters in all my other titles, she might not take the most conventional route to happiness, but I’m pleased to say she gets there in the end.
Here’s the cover and the blurb for those of you who love a good romcom…
When Ronnie’s husband, Nick, leaves her for their next-door neighbour, Gaye, Ronnie’s life starts to fall apart.
Devastated by the break-up of her marriage, Ronnie is desperate for Nick and Gaye to set up home elsewhere. But Nick and Gaye won’t budge.
To add to her problems, Ronnie’s daughter and mother-in-law decide to stage an intervention. With her family keeping a close eye on her, Ronnie is forced to become more devious in her actions to get rid of Nick and Gaye.
But just how far will she go?
And is moving on ever that easy?
Six Steps to Happiness is a hilarious look at just how far one woman will go to recover from a broken heart and find happiness again.
You can order your paperback or download to Kindle here. And if, like me, you like to bag yourself a bargain, the Kindle version is only 99p. I know. As they say, that’s less than a cup of coffee!
Now all I can do is wait to hear what you all think of it – she says, nervous, yet excited.
Don’t forget, I’m at Bradford Waterstones signing copies this coming Thursday evening (5th December). They’re hosting a fab Christmas event, so if you’re in the area please to pop in and say hello. Friendly faces are always welcome.
Until next time x
